Winning Through Collaboration Seminar Series (September 2000)

In its first year, ECR Australasia demonstrated the success that can be achieved through supplier and retailer collaboration. The 'Winning Through Collaboration' seminar highlighted a number of non-competitive activities that are the cornerstone of successful business practice and improved trading relationships. The seminar showcased the projects being worked on or completed by ECR project teams at the time, namely; Demand Forecasting, KPI Development, E-Commerce and True Profit Impact (of ECR) and utilised case studies to highlight successful outcomes.
